Returns Policy

We want your experience with Artysan Prints and we will make sure that you as a customer receive the respect and service you deserve.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Always check the size of the garment before you order. 

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t generally accept returns or exchanges.  In some cases a wrong order is inevitable, but you must contact Artysan Prints FIRST in writing or by e-mail, before returning your item, so that we completely understand your situation with any returned goods.

Unless the goods are faulty - you will be responsible for paying the return postage.

Faulty goods

The Print on a garment or product should last the lifetime of the garment or product purchased, provided that cleaning and/or washing instructions have been followed as per the product information on-line. 

The print is fully guaranteed for 12 months and will be replaced if faulty, provided instructions given have been followed.  Washing instructions should be on each garment for clothing.

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us at support@artysanprints.co.uk with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per the policy below...


If your goods develop a fault within 25 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufac­tu­ring fault), the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 25 days and before 12 months. In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue.­ These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the clothing or products sold by Artysan Prints.
 

Transit damage

All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage un­for­tuna­tely can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
