Order processing

 

An order will not be processed until it has been paid in full. Orders are processed from the date and time of payment received, not the date and time it was placed. Our processing cut-off time is 1pm GMT, and all orders paid for after this time will be processed the next working day. 

 

 

Delivery

 

All prices exclude delivery and we ship worldwide.

 

 

Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. A premium Saturday AM (9:00 AM to noon) delivery is available, at an additional charge of £5 per delivery; if you require this service, it must be specified at the time of ordering. Evening and Sunday deliveries are not available.

 

 

A special, or next-day delivery service does not guarantee that you will receive your item the day after placing the order, however does gurantee that you will receieve the item the following working day after it has been dispatched.

 

 

Some deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.

 

 

No compensation will be offered for any orders that take longer than the quoted times to be delivered. These quotes are based on estimates from our couriers and as such they should not be taken as a guarantee of delivery.­ 

 

 

Cancel­lations

 

Due to the bespoke nature of most of the products we sell, all can­cel­lati­ons must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this time, your order will have entered production.

 

 

For any products that are not printed to order, we offer a 14 day can­cel­lati­ons policy. You must notify us before, or within 14 days after delivery that you would like to cancel your order. Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (e. g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

 

 

 

Sizing (Tweak to suit Artysan products)

Sizing varies depending on the individual shirt. All shirts have a sizing chart in the photos or in the details section.

If you are in doubt of your size, measure one of your favourite shirts and compare it to the size chart in the listing.

Some of the size charts are all the way around the shirt. Simply divide the number in half when measuring a flat shirt. Measure on a hard surface so that your measurements are accurate.

 

Care Instructions

To keep your shirt beautiful, I recommend washing inside out on delicate and hanging to dry. Each shirt also comes with a care tag with these instructions.

Custom Design Expectations

Since all designs are made by hand, please expect a slight variation, although we do our best to make sure each item is as close to your picture/suggestion/drawing as possible.  Also do not expect hand designs to be completed in a short time-scale, as we may need to review/amend the design with you prior to printing!

 

I don’t like the colour/size shirt I chose.  Can I change it?


Please be sure to double check the size chart and ask us about any colour questions.  Photographs are edited, and colours can appear differently on monitors than they do in person.

All shirts are custom made to order based on your specific colour choices, so returns due to sizing and colour are not accepted.

 

My shipment was lost in the mail/I put in the wrong address and the package was delivered.

The products are shipped directly from our manufacturers, so we are not responsible for shipping.  But please do let us know if this happens so we can also monitor the situation on support@artysanprints.co.uk.

If your package says it has been delivered and you have not received it, ask your neighbours because sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address.

If you let us know after shipment, you will have to wait until the item is returned and you will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs.  In this case please contact us/manufacturer?
